For decades society has invented one diet after another in an endless effort to meet the insatiable appetite for instant physical gratification. We all know that there is no such thing, but perhaps there is a slightly different approach that would be gratifying in more ways than one. We will explore and discuss this approach along with how disease can be triggered by what we eat and or what we do not eat.
